Carnival Cruise Line is hiring a Technical Operations Manager to serve as the primary shoreside technical leader for assigned vessels. The role oversees maintenance planning, dry-dock execution, regulatory compliance, technical budgets, Planned Maintenance System implementation, and complex operational and repair projects while leading a multidisciplinary vessel support team. The position is an in-office role based in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, requiring Monday–Thursday office work and optional Friday remote work, with 25–50% shipboard travel.
