Description
The Manager, Technical Operations leads Amazon's in-region postponement factory operations, including factory readiness, production launches, process development, and sustained operations. The role owns team strategy and execution, coordinates Engineering, Quality, Automation, Supply Chain, and manufacturing partners, leads recruitment and development, and drives Lean and Six Sigma process improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, extensive manufacturing operations experience, team-management experience, PLC and data-analysis expertise, and knowledge of manufacturing safety and quality standards. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, with a base salary of $151,000 to $204,300 annually.
