The role oversees system reliability, performance, capacity, backups, incident triage, security, automation, deployments, and team development, while collaborating with engineering and development teams. Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience supporting large-scale production systems through infrastructure-as-code, SRE, DevOps tooling, or automation, plus 1–3 years managing engineering, DevOps, or SRE teams, along with Linux, change-management, and incident-management experience.
