Description
Oracle is hiring a Senior Manager of Operations to lead a 24/7 team of technical operators supporting production applications and distributed systems. The role oversees system performance, capacity, configuration, backups, incident triage, automation, reliability, security, and production support; collaborates with engineering and development teams; and recruits and develops engineers. Candidates need 3–5 years of infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or automation experience supporting large-scale production systems, 1–3 years managing engineering or DevOps/SRE teams, Linux experience, change-management experience, and incident-management experience. The role is open to Israeli nationals only and may require security clearance.
