Description
The Manager of Technical Operations will lead SoftWave’s service operations, technical engineering support, facilities, and equipment infrastructure for an early-stage medical device business. The role manages approximately 10 direct reports, oversees installed-base service, reliability and sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering, facilities, maintenance, calibration, and equipment uptime, and builds KPIs, dashboards, processes, and systems to support scalability. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–5 years of engineering or equivalent technical project or people-management experience, and experience in a regulated environment.
