Teleport is hiring a Technical Program Manager to establish a program management function for its engineering and product teams. The role involves identifying collaboration gaps, setting up Jira, Notion, ARC, and CAB processes, leading technical initiatives, establishing capacity and roadmap planning, managing risks and reporting, developing performance metrics, and facilitating communication across project teams and senior leadership. The position requires 3–5 years of software-industry technical experience, exposure to Agile and project or program management concepts, and a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
