Molex is hiring a Technical Project Manager in Xinyi, Taipei to lead multiple new product development projects for customer-specific and general-market initiatives. The role partners with Product Managers, develops project charters, schedules, plans, change-control documentation, and reports; manages risks, costs, quality, and timing; coordinates suppliers; and mentors project-management team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, supply management, or a related field, at least four years of project management experience, experience leading projects in product development and multinational or matrix environments, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.
