Molex is hiring a Technical Project Manager in Xinyi, Taipei to lead multiple New Product Development projects for customer-specific and general-market initiatives. The role partners with Product Managers, develops project charters, schedules, reports, change-control documentation, and risk-mitigation plans, manages suppliers, and mentors project-management team members. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, supply management, or a related field, at least four years of project-management experience, experience leading projects in product development and multinational or matrix environments, and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
