Description
Allied is seeking a senior building-operations leader to oversee a large portfolio of complex commercial buildings, lead and develop Building Operators and Supervisors, manage service providers and maintenance programs, oversee building systems and emergency operations, prepare operating and capital budgets, and deliver customer service and property performance. The role requires at least nine years of commercial property technical-operation experience, five years of team-management experience, CMMS and building-systems expertise, and strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
