Description
Allied is hiring a senior real estate operations leader to oversee the operational performance, reliability, and long-term asset stewardship of its commercial real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, Technical Services and Construction, the role leads building systems, maintenance, commissioning, capital planning, vendor management, budgets, sustainability, safety, emergency preparedness, and operational teams. The position requires at least seven years of commercial real estate operations or facility management experience, progressive leadership experience, strong technical knowledge of building systems, and an engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
