Description
The Technical Services Manager supervises and develops maintenance and trades teams, coordinates preventive, corrective, regulatory, emergency, and infrastructure maintenance at the Centre Vidéotron and Théâtre du Capitole, manages external partners and technical purchases, supports event operations, and oversees mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and CVAC/HVAC systems. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, team-supervision experience, knowledge of mechanical and safety systems, and availability for occasional evenings, weekends, public holidays, and on-call work.
