Description
The Store Operations Manager oversees day-to-day store and warehouse activities, including material receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, inventory control, ERP/SAP updates, reporting, procurement coordination, and audit compliance. The role also leads and supervises store and warehouse personnel, allocates work, monitors performance, and ensures adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and EHS standards. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, while an MBA or PG Diploma in Supply Chain Management is preferred; 3–8 years of experience in store, warehouse, inventory, or materials management is required, with experience in power plant, manufacturing, steel, cement, infrastructure, or heavy engineering industries preferred.
