ALDI is hiring a full-time Legal Technology and Information Governance Manager in Aurora, Illinois, with a starting salary of $176,000 and a hybrid work arrangement allowing up to three remote days per week. The role leads a technology and information governance team, oversees legal IT systems, information governance frameworks, retention, legal holds, eDiscovery, compliance audits, vendor and contract reviews, and process improvements, while managing staff and collaborating with business units. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of progressive experience in business, legal, information governance technology, or retail operations, and prior team leadership experience are required.
