Description
The Manager Technology role reports to the COO and serves as the right-hand for process technology. The position develops the direction for technology, leads a team of seven professionals, translates technological knowledge into operational improvements, supports complex process problems and quality issues, advises on important investments, and steers the industrialization of new or modified processes. The role requires at least ten years of technological or process-oriented experience in food, agriculture, dairy, or a comparable industrial environment, a relevant higher professional or university degree, senior management experience, and strong Dutch and English skills.
