Apple is hiring a Manager in Shanghai to lead its Greater China compliance organization and own the compliance posture of enterprise technology solutions operating in China. The role covers privacy, financial reporting, payment, and information security requirements including PIPL, SOX, PCI DSS, and MLPS; it involves designing compliance programs, building and developing the compliance team, conducting technical design reviews, managing audits and regulatory filings, establishing monitoring and reporting, and coordinating with global and cross-functional partners. The position requires at least eight years of relevant technology compliance, audit, risk, security, privacy, or data governance experience, leadership experience, professional fluency in Mandarin and English, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
