West Monroe is hiring a Manager for its national Mergers & Acquisitions practice to lead technology M&A engagements for Private Equity and Corporate Strategic clients. The role spans client delivery across diligence, integration, carve-outs, and post-close execution; practice development through methodology building, coaching, and internal initiatives; and business development through pursuits, proposals, and relationship expansion. The position requires 6–8+ years of relevant consulting or corporate development experience, a bachelor’s degree, travel up to 50%, and authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
