Northrop Grumman is hiring a Manager Test Engineering 2 for its Flight Test Operations team at Edwards Air Force Base, California. The manager will lead planning and execution through first flight and subsequent engineering, manufacturing, and development flight test programs; manage test conductors and test directors; develop test plans; support executive-level and government and contractor collaboration; and achieve cost, schedule, and resource goals. The role requires a STEM degree, 7–9 years of related experience, aviation flight test experience, prior management experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance, with an expectation of 25% travel and extended shifts, weekends, and holidays. The primary salary range is $146,600 to $219,800, with potential overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and benefits.
