Description
The Manager, Test for Success Program oversees the academic success program for pre-licensure nursing students in the BSN program, providing assessment, goal-setting, coaching, study-skills and test-taking support, and NCLEX preparation guidance. The role also analyzes program data, advises nursing faculty on remediation and retention strategies, supervises graduate assistants and tutors, supports standardized testing and Evolve resources, and collaborates with program leadership. It is a part-time, non-benefit-eligible position limited to 950 hours per calendar year, with possible weekend or evening hours.
