Flex is hiring a Manager–Testing in Sriperumbudur to support Test Development Engineering teams by translating customer and design requirements into test plans, coordinating software, hardware, fixturing, and test environments, guiding automation solutions, managing resources and project performance, and leading HR and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a similar field, at least three years of relevant experience including technical business, and strong functional, technical, people, process, customer, and problem-solving skills.
