Description
The Tool Crib Manager oversees the daily operation of a tool crib and related warehouse activities, managing inventory, budgets, safety, vendor relationships, logistics, and the Tool Crib team. The role supervises staff or performs hands-on crib and warehouse work, coordinates deliveries and pickups, maintains inventory databases and WMS systems, conducts stock audits, forecasts tool requirements, and supports predictive tool management. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years in tool crib, warehouse, or inventory operations including three years in a supervisory or management role, and at least three years managing capital and operational budgets. The position offers $89,500 to $122,750 annually and requires 0–10% travel to field, shop, or project sites.
