Aviso is hiring a Manager, Total Rewards to join its People & Culture team and report to the Director, Total Rewards. The role oversees compensation, recognition, benefits, disability, medical accommodation, and retirement savings programs; leads annual compensation planning, incentive and executive compensation, market surveys, job evaluation, pay equity and transparency reviews, vendor governance, and recognition strategy. It requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline, at least seven years of progressive total rewards experience including two years in a management role, HRIS and compensation analysis proficiency, and strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder skills. The position offers an expected annual salary of $110,000–$125,000 CAD and includes health, dental, insurance, retirement, vacation, fitness, parental leave, and learning benefits.
