Description
This is a management-training role in which an employee works alongside managers, receives classroom instruction, rotates through departments, handles established accounts, participates in hiring and training, analyzes sales and inventory activity, monitors competitive activity, and helps protect company assets and profitability. The role requires a bachelor's degree in agriculture, engineering, industrial management, or a related field with at least one year of related experience, or an alternative path involving a high school diploma or GED and four to five years of plant or production management experience.
