DH Pace Company is hiring a Manager Trainee for the Overhead Door Company of Des Moines office in Des Moines, Iowa. The role supports and develops into management of the service and installation department, including scheduling, dispatching, workforce planning, project oversight, financial and operational review, performance management, hiring, training, and customer satisfaction. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, along with at least two years of personnel-management experience, technical and mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
