J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Manager Trainee in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, within its Supply Chain department. The 1–6 month training program develops skills in fleet and driver management, freight assignment and routing, DOT compliance, customer service, operational reporting, payroll and financial administration, yard and equipment coordination, and safety oversight. The role requires either a bachelor's degree in business, transportation/logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus one year of relevant experience.
