J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Manager Trainee in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, within its Supply Chain department. The 1–6 month training program prepares the employee to manage drivers, freight routing and monitoring, load assignments, fleet operations, customer service, DOT compliance, safety programs, yard and equipment maintenance coordination, payroll, budgets, invoicing, reporting, and operational problem resolution. The role requires either a bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation/logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus one year of relevant experience or equivalent military experience. Nights and/or weekends may be required, regional relocation is encouraged after program completion, and employment-based sponsorship is not available.
