Description
Manager Trainee in Supply Chain responsible for learning to manage small driver counts and non-traditional shifts, ensuring safe and timely freight movement, load assignment, customer service, and DOT compliance while coordinating planning, routing, monitoring, and delivery of freight. The role involves developing skills in fleet operations, driver and yard management, payroll and budget tasks, safety culture enforcement, and resolving service, mechanical, and scheduling issues. It is a full-time position in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with expected 45 hours per week, includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, PTO, parental leave, and holidays, and is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
