J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Manager Trainee in Hamilton, Ohio, within its Supply Chain department. The role trains the employee to manage drivers and fleet operations, plan and monitor freight movement, assign loads, ensure safe and timely deliveries, maintain DOT and company safety compliance, coordinate maintenance, resolve service issues, and support administrative, personnel, customer-service, reporting, and profitability activities. The position works Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1600, may require nights or weekends, travel, and regional relocation, and is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
