J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Manager Trainee in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, within its Supply Chain department. The role develops employees in driver and fleet management, freight assignment and routing, DOT compliance, customer service, safety, personnel administration, equipment and yard coordination, budgeting, reporting, and operational problem-solving across potentially non-traditional shifts. Candidates need either a bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation/logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus at least one year of relevant experience; regional relocation, travel, and work across nights or weekends may be required.
