J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Manager Trainee in its Supply Chain department in Swedesboro, New Jersey. The role trains the employee to manage drivers, freight movement, fleet operations, customer service, load assignment, routing, DOT compliance, safety, equipment, payroll, budgets, reporting, and operational problem resolution. Candidates need either a bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation/logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus one year of relevant experience or equivalent military experience. The position requires openness to nights and weekends and regional relocation after a 1–6 month training program. Starting pay is $50,700–$63,400 annually, with possible bonus and incentives; medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, disability, paid leave, parental leave, and holidays are offered.
