J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Manager Trainee in Louisville, Kentucky, within its Supply Chain department. The role develops the employee’s ability to manage drivers, carriers, freight planning and routing, fleet operations, customer service, DOT compliance, safety programs, inventory and equipment, payroll, budgets, reporting, and operational problem resolution. The position requires either a bachelor’s degree in business administration, transportation/logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus one year of relevant experience or equivalent military experience. It requires flexibility for nights and weekends, travel, and possible regional relocation; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
