Description
J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a Manager Trainee in Cartersville, Georgia, within its Supply Chain department. Under general supervision, the trainee learns to manage drivers and fleet operations across potentially non-traditional shifts, assign and monitor freight, plan routes, ensure safe and timely deliveries, maintain DOT and company compliance, support driver and customer relationships, analyze operational and financial performance, manage inventory and equipment, and resolve service and maintenance issues. The position requires either a bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation/logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus one year of relevant experience; regional relocation and travel may be required.
