J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Manager Trainee in Athens, Alabama, within its Supply Chain department. The role develops entry-level transportation management capabilities, including driver and carrier relationships, freight assignment and routing, fleet and yard operations, DOT compliance, safety programs, customer service, payroll, budgeting, reporting, and operational problem resolution. Candidates need either a bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation/logistics, supply chain, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED plus one year of relevant experience; willingness to work nights or weekends, travel, and relocate regionally is required.
