Tower Loan is hiring a full-time Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program. The role provides 10–12 months of hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations, with responsibilities including customer relationship management, payment reminders, product recommendations, office-goal support, loan-document analysis, and assistance with recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership. The position is on-site Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with possible extended hours and Saturday work, and requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to relocate upon promotion, and a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Preferred qualifications include sales, collections, or customer service experience.
