Tower Loan is hiring a full-time Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months, the trainee receives hands-on training in customer service, sales, marketing, financial management, collections-related customer contacts, and branch operations while developing toward management leadership responsibilities. The role is on-site, Monday through Friday with occasional extended or Saturday hours, and requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to relocate upon promotion, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle. Sales, collections, or customer service experience is preferred.
