Tower Loan is hiring full-time Manager Trainees for its 10–12 month Manager Development Program. The role provides hands-on training in consumer finance, customer service, sales, marketing, financial management, branch operations, collections-related customer contact, and management duties, with a path toward promotion into leadership. It is an on-site, Monday–Friday position with occasional extended hours or Saturdays. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to relocate upon promotion are required; sales, collections, or customer service experience is preferred.
