Delta Sonic is hiring a Convenience Store Manager Trainee to begin hands-on management training and prepare for a management-level role overseeing convenience store operations and applicable food outlets. The trainee will work alongside employees, train and evaluate staff, enforce safety and customer-service standards, prepare staffing and financial reports, perform maintenance and cleaning, and maintain a professional customer-facing demeanor. The role requires at least six months to one year of leadership, management, or key-holder experience, consistent work experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and year-round schedule availability; a valid driver's license is preferred. The pay range is $20.00-$22.50 per hour depending on experience.
