Description
Delta Sonic is hiring a Convenience Store Manager Trainee to begin hands-on management training and prepare for a management-level role overseeing convenience store operations and applicable food outlets. The trainee will work alongside employees, train and evaluate staff, enforce safety regulations, prepare staffing and financial reports, provide customer service, perform maintenance and repairs, and maintain the premises. The role requires at least six months to one year of leadership, management, or key holder experience, consistent work experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and year-round schedule availability; a valid driver's license is preferred. The pay range is $18.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience.
