Delta Sonic is hiring a Convenience Store Manager Trainee to begin hands-on management training and prepare for a management role overseeing convenience store operations and applicable food outlets. Responsibilities include customer service, employee coaching and evaluation, safety compliance, reporting, maintenance, and store upkeep. Candidates must be at least 18, have six months to one year of leadership, management, or key-holder experience, demonstrate consistent work experience, and be available for year-round shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position pays $20.00-$22.50 per hour depending on experience and includes health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, HSA, and FSA benefits.
