Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Engineering, Education, Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education, technical training, and relevant experience considered
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, technical communications, publications management, or a related field
Experience developing and delivering technical training programs for adult learners
Experience creating and managing technical documentation, service manuals, operator manuals, or technical publications
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to develop technical content
Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing external vendors, technical writing firms, or publishing partners
Commercial vehicle, automotive, transportation, or heavy equipment industry experience
Experience with LMS, e-learning platforms, and webinar delivery tools
Willingness to travel up to 20% for in-person training and customer events
