Description
The Manager – Training Deployment coordinates and oversees training delivery for Airport Operations employees across system hubs, regional metro and line stations, regional international operations, cargo employees, leaders, and vendor service providers. The role leads a team of training instructors, manages training resources and enrollment, implements learning technologies, supports curriculum development and evaluation, and ensures training meets performance, regulatory, and legal requirements. The position requires at least three years of relevant experience, two years of operational experience, up to 25% travel, and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. The base salary is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00, with eligibility for bonus and long-term incentive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability, parental leave, paid time off, and flight privileges.
