Analysys Mason is seeking a Manager Transaction Advisory to join their team in Munich, Frankfurt, or London. The successful candidate will manage advisory projects for private-equity investors in tech, software, and IT services, focusing on commercial due diligence, business model analysis, and growth strategies. This role involves coordinating tasks like quotation preparation, accompanying clients, and providing tailored recommendations. The manager will also lead and develop consultants, participate in business development, and collaborate internationally on technology-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, several years of consulting experience, especially in strategy and transaction consulting, and excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
