AIR Communities is hiring a Manager, Transaction Management to lead due diligence and closing coordination for multifamily real estate acquisitions and dispositions. The role manages seller and buyer communications, property document and third-party report reviews, due diligence tours, broker opinions of value, closing activities, and coordination across AIR’s investments, legal, accounting, tax, and other teams. The position reports to a Director of Transaction Management, may manage one or two direct reports, requires at least five years of relevant real estate experience, and is onsite in one of several office locations.
