Apex Group is hiring a Manager, Transfer Agency in Sydney to manage onshore and offshore operations teams, support operating-model improvements and operational projects, oversee service delivery, develop staff, manage client deliverables and relationships, assist with client onboarding and work transitions, review incident reporting, and act as the first escalation point for client enquiries. The role requires a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Finance, 5+ years of operational experience in unit registry, team management experience, and experience with offshoring, transformation, client relationships, and deliverables.
