Description
The Transportation Manager will lead logistics professionals for Grocery Outlet’s Pacific Northwest region, optimizing routing, delivery scheduling, dispatching, driver recruitment and training, compliance, labor and fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, and transportation KPIs. The role reports to the Regional Director, RFC Operations, and requires transportation, operations, logistics leadership experience, team leadership, routing and distribution software expertise, strong communication and project-management skills, and analytical ability. The base salary is $100,000–$120,000, with an annual bonus, equity, 401(k) profit sharing, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
