Description
The Manager of Truckload Services manages truckload brokerage operations and a team of carrier sales representatives, developing carrier relationships, negotiating freight rates, establishing performance metrics, overseeing carrier onboarding and track-and-trace compliance, optimizing margins, and ensuring timely and damage-free delivery. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, communication, and Excel skills, with an associates degree or equivalent preferred but not required, and a minimum of five years of experience in a third-party logistics or brokerage environment.
