Smartsheet is hiring a Manager of UX Research to lead research for a core product area, own the research roadmap, conduct studies, and guide a small team of researchers. The role partners with Product, Design, and Engineering; synthesizes research with analytics and competitive intelligence; translates findings into recommendations; and contributes to scalable research practices. It is fully remote for candidates anywhere in the United States where Smartsheet is a registered employer and requires 7+ years of UX research experience, including managing or mentoring researchers and working with B2B productivity products.
