Description
The Manager, Validation and Data Integrity leads the strategy, governance, execution, and compliance of validation and data integrity programs across equipment, utilities, computerized systems, and GMP manufacturing processes at the USWM‑CT production facility. The role manages validation teams, lifecycle validation, change control, risk management, regulatory inspections, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement while ensuring cGMP and global regulatory compliance. It requires a bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of validation or related biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience, including leadership, data integrity, quality risk management, computerized systems, and aseptic process validation.
