Description
Modal Power is recruiting a Manager, Valuations for its New York office. Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, the role owns and enhances the consolidated corporate model, leads portfolio and project valuations using discounted cash flow and other methodologies, performs scenario and sensitivity analyses, supports acquisitions and financings, and prepares decision-oriented materials for senior management. The position requires at least five years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 valuations, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and on-site work. The salary is $140,000 to $170,000, with bonus eligibility.
