Celonis is hiring a Manager, Value Engineering to lead a team of approximately 15–20 Value Engineers and own a significant customer portfolio in India. The role covers end-to-end customer value across acquisition, adoption, expansion, and renewal; executive stakeholder engagement; value-selling and commercial growth; and translating Enterprise AI ambitions into operational business value. Candidates should have strong technology and business fluency, executive credibility, team leadership experience, domain expertise, and typically 15+ years of relevant experience.
