Lucas Tree Experts is hiring a full-time Operations Manager for its Upper CT River Valley (VT/NH) territory. The role leads vegetation-management operations and is accountable for safety, staffing, training, logistics, profitability, bidding, customer relationships, budgeting, forecasting, and crew leadership. Candidates need at least five years of vegetation-management experience, including two years in a supervisory or management role, along with a valid driver’s license, Vermont and New Hampshire pesticide licenses, ISA certification, ISA TRAQ certification, and Certified Tree Safety Professional certification. Compensation is $95,000–$110,000, with bonus potential and benefits including medical, dental, disability, and life insurance.
